Our History

History & Meaning of the Patch

Our current patch was designed in 1979 by artist Julie McDonald and shows Lake Champlain against the Adirondack Mountains.  The structure is the Ethan Allen Memorial, located in Burlington and dedicated to the memory of the Vermonter, Ethan Allen, patriot during the Revolutionary War and leader of the Green Mountain Boys
