Officer Andrew Frisbie is currently assigned to the Old North End where you will see him patrolling in the neighborhoods.  Andy comes to us from New York, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology.  He has pursued several initiatives that have resulted in arrests.  When asked why he chose our department, Andy said, “The Burlington Police Department maintains high standards, encourages innovation and promotes professional development among the officers.”
